Convenient Online Booking
NEW PATIENTS
All new patients to this clinic are required to fill out paper work and need a consult before given treatments. If you are a new patient please book 30 minute consult and 60 min treatment together as my system does not have 90 min time slots.
Please show up 15 minutes before your treatment to fill out the forms if you are a new patient.
We have direct billing so please bring your information with you to your appointment.
RETURNING PATIENTS
Please try to book each appointment close together so that there are not time gaps in my schedule. Please note that the system will automatically leave 15 minutes between patients.
Please note to check the year of month you are trying to book. Scrolling the far left or right buttons will take you to 2018 etc.. so if my schedule says I am not open check the date you are on.
Please double check your emails to make sure you get the confirmation and reminder email as confirmation that your appointment has gone into the system. If you do not receive an email your appointment has not went through.
I work out of two rooms. Only one room is available for online booking. If you can not find a time available for the days you are looking for please contact me to see if I have availability in the other room. You can call or text 587-297-7043 or send an email to kari@tothepointacupuncture.ca and I may be able to get you in sooner then what is available online.
